Lovingly restored in 2024, The Boat House has been transformed from a simple summer sleepover spot to a spacious, fully insulated haven offering overwater accommodation with breathtaking views of a stream-fed lake, nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

We’ve got you covered for the basics salt, pepper, oil, milk and a few Lincolnshire treats on arrival so all you need to do is bring your favourite holiday food. There are local supermarkets and farm shops around 6 miles away so you can easily top up. Alternatively we have partnered with local suppliers and you can order anything from a home cooked meal, to a BBQ or breakfast hamper ahead of your stay to make it that extra bit special.
