- Lakeside patio for up to 20 guests — sheltered, atmospheric, and surrounded by water and woodland.
- Otby Cabin — a cosy indoor space if the weather turns.
- Sauna & Boat House stays — make a night of it and wake up to the stillness of the lake the next morning.
Every celebration is different, so we tailor the day to your ideas. Pricing varies depending on the facilities you choose, but as a guide, exclusive use of Otby Lake starts from £250 per day.
Weddings at Otby House Farm
If you’ve been dreaming of a marquee wedding, Otby offers the perfect countryside setting.
- Multiple locations are available across the farm depending on your guest numbers and the style of day you’re imagining.
- Your suppliers, your vision — we don’t have preferred suppliers, so you’re free to bring the people you wish to work with.
- Three-night Boat House package — arrive the night before, enjoy your wedding night in complete privacy, and spend the following day relaxing or hosting a small breakfast gathering for guests.
- Photography opportunities — fields, woodland, and the lake provide beautiful natural backdrops.
- Guest accommodation — friends and family can stay on our Caravan & Motorhome Site, avoiding late-night taxis.
As a guide, hire of the wedding field starts from £2,000.
Corporate events & client entertainment
Otby Lake offers a peaceful, distraction-free setting for meetings, product launches and client hospitality.
- Lakeside meetings followed by a locally sourced lunch.
- Clay shooting or fly fishing to elevate your client entertainment day.
- Flexible spaces for small groups or larger corporate gatherings.

Whether you’re planning engagement photos, family portraits, corporate headshots, or a new product launch, our landscapes offer a mix of water, open fields, woodland and rustic farm buildings that elevate any shoot.

- Fields & farm spaces — wide, open backdrops perfect for editorial, commercial or brand storytelling.
- Woodland & pathways — softer, more intimate settings ideal for portraits and engagement sessions.
- Boat House hire — use the interior for lifestyle shoots or as a base for changing, equipment and refreshments.
We welcome photographers, videographers, content creators and production teams. Pricing varies depending on the location and duration, but as a guide, hire of Otby Lake or selected farm areas for photography starts from £250.
